Spring update 2017

Spring Update from Fort Hill FarmSpring has sprung!  We're in high gear planting, cultivating, and harvesting crops.   Mother Nature has mostly taken care of the irrigation chores this year!   Here's some dates to remember:CSA: the CSA has started!  All shareholders were emailed start date info, if you did not get this announcement please contact us at forthillfarm@gmail.comTuesday Farm Stand:  NEW this year!  Each TUESDAY, June through October, we'll have a farmstand open to the public. Stop by this week to get some greens and pick some strawberries. Tuesdays ONLY, 2:30pm to 6:30 pmNew Milford Farmer's Market:  First market on the green is Saturday, May 13.Westport Farmer's Market:  First market is Thursday, May 18 at the Imperial Ave. parking lot (50 Imperial Ave.).  In the meantime, check out the pop up farmers market at Wave Hill Bread in Norwalk, now through May 11, 10 AM to 2 PM.Black Rock Farmers Market:  NEW this year, 481 Brewster St., Black Rock/Bridgeport, CTSaturdays, 9-1 June 10-October 7New Morning Organic Market:  lots of Fort Hill Farm plants for your garden through mid June.  Look for our veggies in the produce section.  New Morning is very supportive of small, local, organic farms and has a great selection of organic produce!Hope to see you at a market or the farm soon.Paul, Rebecca, and the Fort Hill Farm CrewPaul and Rebecca, Fort Hill Farm
